I had been a designer for 10 years and always wanted to be an animator. I found an animation position available at Motivation Technologies, I had just taught myself how to use Flash and was eager to get the position, and I did!
I have a super cute Brindle Boxer named Kaos. He follows me everywhere and likes to snuggle and have snacks with me…and go in and out of the house as many times as possible.
Animation and gamification. I like to bring things to life and am willing to go the extra mile to make it an interesting experience for the user. I’m also an avid gamer and I love creating gamified training platforms that teach while also being fun and engaging.
A ribeye steak, medium well, with spaghetti and meatballs, and a Captain and Diet double tall. For dessert I’ll have a chocolate brownie.
I’m an artist so I draw, paint and create things. I like interior design or at least thinking about it. I sing, play guitar and bass, and think I might like to play drums. Creative writing entertains me sometimes and reading thrillers. I am a designer so that all makes perfect sense.
I would choose to be a colorful shapeshifter. I could turn into anything living or not: a dragon, a butterfly, or even a spaceship. With this power, I could fly to work and avoid traffic. I could also explore the world, the sea, and the universe, and be anything I want. They would call me Kaleidoscope.
I would say [my best work personality trait is] my wild imagination, “Go Big or Go Home” attitude and my comedic look at the world. I have a lot of fun with my coworkers and it’s like no place I’ve ever worked.

I was voted Employee of the year in 2014 and Creative of the year in 2015 and both years awarded a free trip to Cancun, Mexico with seven other highly regarded MoTech employees. It was my first time out of the U.S. and it was a blast!
I like to play video games and explore new worlds, anything from prehistoric dinos to space adventures in the future, and I love running around in VR. I enjoy hanging out in my backyard with the neighbors and letting our pups play together. I watch a lot of Movies and TV shows…Mystery, Horror, SciFi, TrueCrime.
