We had a fantastic time at the St. Louis 2023 Learn Conference hosted by the local Association of Talent Development chapter. As a proud Platinum Sponsor, Motivation Technologies made our presence known with a warm conference welcome message, a lively vendor booth and two engaging AI presentations.
The team connected with local leaders to showcase our content production prowess and share our passion for helping the training and talent development community reach its goals. We reinforced our commitment to being a trusted partner teams can rely on, making valuable connections that went beyond the conference. But the highlight of the day was our two presentations illuminating the fascinating landscape of Generative AI.
The first session, "It Ain't That Bad," delivered by Steve Hoerner and Mary Pat Jacobs of Brado, was a primer on using Large Language Models like ChatGPT to help with content ideation and similar tasks. Our second presentation, "ChatGPT: Unleashing the Power of AI in Your Workflow," led by Beat Bartlome, took attendees on an exciting journey into the world of Generative AI and how to use these tools to supercharge productivity.
