Team MoTech had a great time at this year’s St. Louis LEARN Conference, hosted by the ATD St. Louis Chapter. As proud Platinum Conference and Chapter Sponsors, we were excited to connect with the local talent development community and share what Motivation Technologies is all about.
One of the highlights of the day was our breakout session, “AI in Action: Achieving Real Productivity with the Latest AI Tools.” MoTech senior leaders Steve Hoerner and Beat Bartlome gave attendees an in-depth look at how AI is helping teams work smarter, not harder. They demoed some of the AI tools we’ve been building at MoTech, giving everyone a real sense of how AI can make an impact on their daily work. The session sparked some great discussions and thought-provoking questions. It’s clear L&D professionals are moving past the hype and looking for practical ways to integrate AI into their strategies—something we’re passionate about as we help teams reach their goals with custom solutions.
We also loved chatting with attendees at our vendor booth, which was conveniently located near the breakout rooms. Throughout the day, we had meaningful conversations with leaders from various industries, hearing about their current projects and challenges. We shared interactive course samples and explored how our custom training content and dedicated support can help them chart a pathway to success.
